I don't know your field so I don't know if this degree is a "next-level" degree given your experience, or more the "catch-up" degree leading to a master's. Hopefully others with more experience will respond on that point. If not, you might try on degreeinfo.
As to DeVry, I had an employee who took their MBA and from what I could see it was rigorous and she got her money's worth.
