I'm thinking about just doing a semester with FHSU

I got accepted for the Pell Grant and just recently noticed that FHSU has a bunch of different certificates that count for credit and can be completed in 1 semester, they also seem like great resume builders.

Also do you guys think that doing two certificate programs one through FHSU and another through LSU independent study at the same time is over kill? after all LSU is self paced I think?

I want to complete about 30 or 40 credits of graded work for grad school purposes and clep\dsst the rest.

Both of this certificate will actually help complete the overall goal which is a Liberal Arts degree with the intent to go to law school with it.

You got me thinking - I also have my FAFSA Grant waiting for me. Been trying to decide on a four year college (as a perpetual student, I have many, many credits to transfer from community college) - this gives me another possibility (or maybe another way to procrastinate!)

As far as doing two certificates at once - you can only do one at a time w/Financial Aid, I believe.

I haven't taken classes w/either school - I think one thing to consider is where you are thinking of attending and whether these classes would be accepted when you want to transfer.
