my son was going for computer science degree at TESU. He’s thinking about changing it to electronics engineering which one would be least expensive? He has all his general classes. He will have to do physics and chem on electronics. Would like to know where he can take lower budget classes on the electronics?

Computer science would be cheaper. I would not recommend doing the electronics degree through tesu. The classes are going to be very dry when electronics should be fun and hands on.
My recommendation is to try out related courses at a nearby community college if possible.
