Congratulations! What you achieved is fabulous. I'm also in the Bay Area, and regardless of work experience and other achievements, resumes without a bachelors degree are immediately discarded. The hiring manager never even sees them. So, that you now have your degree is huge! Plus, we all know how hard you must have worked to do this alone and in an accelerated fashion.
