The first is always the hardest. I know what you mean about nerves I do that sometimes. Now if I am getting to nervous I just sit back close my eyes and do some deep breathing. I make myself calm down before I go on. The 30-60 seconds or so I use for this is easily made up in the time I save. When I am nervous I can read the same question 5 times without noticing something like a big glaring capitalized EXCEPT.
