Hey! I just turned 16 a week ago and I have been working on my degree for a little less than three months and I already have 39 credits! (30 from CLEPs, 3 from DSST, and 6 from online courses) I will officialy graduate HS in May, even though I already have all my HS credits; and hopefully graduate college by years end. Then on to Masters Degree! Your son can defiinately do it. It is soooo much better than wasting (in my opinion) 4 years at traditional school. You can get HS credits from CLEPs, unfortunately I did not learn about CLEPs until I had all but 3 of my HS credits. It would have been a huge timesaver, but I guess I have a little time I am getting my degree from TESC and there is no problem w/ getting credits before I graduate HS. If you need a guide, you might want to look into CollegePlus. They specialize in Homeschooled Highschoolers getting college credit. But you could probably do it even if your son goes to public school. You probably don't need them though since you have gone through this. I just though I'd throw that out there. Let me know if you have any more questions I can answer. Good luck to your son!
