Time wasn't much of a problem for me on this exam. Actually, I think I only used half my time even with review. There will probably be 98 questions or something very close to 100.
Just don't get stuck on the hard ones. If you come across one you have no idea on, just guess and move on. The brain works subconsciously, so who knows if you'll have a better idea of the answer the next time you give the question a whirl.
