This morning I took Freshman English Composition. It was supposed to be the version with essay, but Iâm unsure? The test was 90 questions with 90 minutes to complete. At the end of the test I submitted the score and got a 46. This of course is to low for TESC, so the proctor asked if I still wanted to do the essay. He had a hand written form for the essay piece. Iâm confused because the CBT piece of the test never mentioned the essay. Should I have continued to the essay even though my score was low? Do the scores of the CBT and essay add up?
Anyways I got one more shot, I can do the English Composition in a week or two and it will serve the same purpose. I had studied for the English Composition, so Iâm thinking I should have done that, but the proctor claimed that he didnât have any essays on-hand for that test. Thanks for any advice.
