I know he doesn't teach the 485 course. That instructor is Wakefield, he is fair.
In the 485 course you must do 4-6 chapter questions and then an ethic question for each chapter. The instructor gives very little weight to the assignments, appears to give full credit for each chapter assignment and puts most of the course points to the exams and the two financial analysis that you have to do. Those are 5-10 pages each.
There is a proctored midterm and final which are about 10 essay questions each and only based on the chapters assigned. Basically you need to know everything you have studied for the exams. They are not difficult if you can remember what is in the chapters of the book.
Remember this is the capstone course so they want to make sure you know what you should have learned in management, finance , econ, and marketing.
