I'm going to enroll at Excelsior in the Spring and wanted to know if the following are counted as two different courses or if they are considered the same thing and would only be accepted once. I notice there is quite a bit of overlap.

They should count as two different courses.

Business Info Sys is transcribed by EC as BUS-221. You just need to find out what the DSST comes over as. I'm sure there are plenty on this site who can tell you that part.
