Does anyone know what letter grade that would be? I am going to have to retake it if that is not an A. :eek:Excelsior gives letter grades for the non-refreshed DSSTs and for ECEs; refreshed DSSTs and all CLEPs are pass/fail only.
Download the 2009 version of Excelsior's "Student Guide to Credit by Exam at Excelsior College & The Assessment Catalog" from their publications page (login not required). Section 3 of the publication lists the CLEPs and DSSTs scores required for credit. For the DSSTs that get letter grades, there's a breakdown of the scores required for C's, B's, and A's. As an example, the scores required for DSST General Anthropology are 47 for a C, 50 for a B, and 55 for an A.
For Principles of Supervision, it's 46/48/51 - so your score of 53 would be an A at Excelsior (and a Pass credit anywhere else).
(FIXED: because I really do know the difference between refreshed and non-refreshed, oops... )
