I took this course in 2007 without any difficulty by studying the outline from Excelsior and taking the practice test. If you use these, you should be fine.
Texas has agreed to accept Excelsior graduates until the year 2012, but, Excelsior has to come up with ways for more clinicals, etc. Glad I finished when I did!
