Due to that i am overseas in Japan and my credit card is based in the US i cannot purchase IC it flags my card for fraud because my IP address is japan and card is in the US.

I have used the Search option and im using the REA book....does anyone have any custom notes that make it easier to understand? Thanks in advance!
