Hi folks,
I sat the Introductory Sociology test on Tuesday and passed.
My preparation was to take one of the two REA sociology tests on the CD (didn't have the book, scored 48%), then read through the exam with the correct answers and explanations provided. Sat the same test again the following night and scored 98% (this was exactly the same exam, exactly the same questions).
I found a really, really good video tutorial on sociology which was extremely helpful. It's about 2 hours long in total and covers everything in the exam. I will post this when I get home from this evening as I can't remember the address.
I can still remember one of the girls saying, "Hang on, but our buddy Auguste Compte, says that sociology must be based on facts!" Logical postivism, scientific method, coined the term 'sociology'. All coming back Will post tonight.
