Musk says he is working to shut down “beyond repair” USAID

USAID is an Executive Agency. As is the Department of State. Very sad that so many careerist Foreign Service swamp rats  are so deluded that they think they are entitled to a special  end run around the President. They are  not. The self-appointed  expert commentators pontificating here, and elsewhere,  simply do not understand the Constitution. The President is the Executive.
