No, it's 8 weeks for $1700, 30 credits in one session...
In addition to what I mentioned above, you may want to just go for an Applied Masters in Computer Science, I really don't see the need to complete another undergraduate degree when you can test the waters by completing the Coursera/Edx cheapies or freebies (especially the ones with comp sci, data science, programming, software development or engineering and Business or IT)...
