Basically, only way of knowing is, to apply, transfer all credits, get an evaluation and show us what the missing fields are. You can attach that as a pdf or picture document to your Google/One drive as a viewable (not editable) file, make sure to remove any personal info. We can see if it came in or not, provide recommendations, and so on...
