Why not just apply now to TESU, do a double major and complete a 15 credit term for the flat-rate tuition? You can add a BBA at TESU along with the BACS and there are plans on the Wiki for that: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Category:TESU
Alternatively, you could also do the UMPI degree and then go for a Master's in CS like the one from Georgia Tech for example.

Interesting that they require 24 new credits, I was wondering if I just send them my foreign credits (not a completed degree) wouldn't that suffice the RA credits + allow me to proceed with the 117 credits plan?
Doing BA with BACS sounds interesting however I want to do the MAOL after the BA in PM & MIS
