Just in case anyone else is experiencing this issue:
My daughter emailed the Learning Coach twice but did not receive answer either time. She was able to use the Chat function during business hours. The Sophia Learning was able to solve the problem and her new Credly transcript shows the course with the proper credit and that she passed.
