I've written to Holy Angel University as well a few years ago, got a reply, and even had a Zoom interview with one of their deans of study. The conversation went quite smoothly, and I was offered a seat for one of their master's level programs.
Unfortunately, one of the major factors that gave me pause was that they could only guarantee remote learning during the COVID lockdowns. Thereafter, I was told that it would be their goal to continue with online learning, but they couldn't make any guarantees.
Naturally, many things may have changed in the last two or threes, so do take my review with a grain of salt.
