As long as it is a public Mexican university or a private one with a RVOE number, the credits should be RA equivalent. Could just get them translated via Spantran or Scholaro and have them evaluated with a GPA value for 200 USD. Sending in those 15 RA credits could come in handy to save time and money.
And given you speak fluent Spanish, why not sign up for the Spanish language speaking or writing ACTFL exam for 165 USD and get easy 12 credits? 6 of those credits will be UL ones.
Thanks for you reply!, yes it´s a public Mexican university, Universidad Virtual del Estado de Guanajuato (UVEG).
What do you mean with those therms?
-RA equivalent -RA credit
"ACTFL exam for 165 USD and get easy 12 credits? 6 of those credits will be UL ones" Can you explain me this deeper

Btw, the ACTFL exam and their customer service particularly WPT is terrible, if you want to take that exam, do the OPI or OPIc, cuz their exam system does not support foreign language input methods and they would not give you full refund if there's any problem with the WPT.
Thanks foro sharing this!
RA = Regionally accredited which is higher accreditation status in the US.
Actfl exams are accepted by the universities in this forum as a quick and affordable way to get college credits. What is really valuable are the UL ones for 3rd and 4th years of college because there's few cheap options to get them online. You will certainly score the 12 credits on the Spanish speaking exam.
- Thank you for the reply.
I submitted my UVEG university credits to Spantran to check how much they will charge for the translation with the GPA.
However, I have another question. UMPI replied to my email with some information, and they mentioned:
Quote:"You may absolutely apply to our Business Administration – Project Management & Information Systems degree program.
Official English-translated high school transcripts must be submitted directly to UMPI by a certifying official, stating that a high school diploma was earned, the date of graduation, and a cumulative GPA. If the above is not provided, the student may submit their high school transcript to an approved evaluation service. Once completed, the service will submit the transcript directly to UMPI." - My question here is that my high school diploma does not have a cumulative GPA printed on it.
What options do I have?
Note: Uveg University does it have the GPA and dates, but maybe i will need the evaluation for U.S. academic equivalency service from Spantran also the translate
