Congrats on getting this far, it's going to be a hard decision, you may want to evaluate the pros/cons of each... It really depends on the cost, ease, speed to getting your degree and the financial aid you'll receive. If you can complete the RBA and the TESU degree of choice (other than the BALS with a concentration or not - as it'll be too similar to the RBA), you can try to get both degrees if Shepherd U allows concurrent enrollment.
