Got my PELL but cant get into a program . Any suggestions?

So I got my PELL approved for roughly '$12,000 but I've been fighting with Upper Iowa Univery about transfer credits. They have no clue what Credly is, keep claiming they didn't receive transcripts, have been SO RUDE, have ignored my emails and I'm just sick of it. And I think that a big chunk of that PELL is now beyond its use-by date. 
I have 103 credit hours with only 6 being upper level (possibly 9, depending on a paleoanthropology course I recently finished.) I'm okay with anything in the area of liberal art (where I can choose history and anthropology courses) , interdisciplinary studies, history or anthropology. The plan is to get my Bachelor's in something that will transfer well towards a Master's later. 
I'm so frustrated and cannot find a program that I can afford, within the area of study that I need. My spouse and I are both disabled so there aren't any funds to add. I tried UMPI but their program starts in January and by then there won't be much of the PELL left. 
Any suggestions would be super appreciated.

It's too late for the fall semester at every college on a semester schedule. Even those on shorter terms it may be too late for fall admissions. Apply to UMPI. You can get a BLS with a history minor. You'll have plenty of Pell to cover your tuition. The max Pell anyone can receive is $7395 for the 24-25 academic year. No idea where the $12K came from. Don't forget to add UMPI to your FAFSA.

My suggestion is to provide an even greater set of information than what you currently have... It's a little confusing on what's happening, just like your previous thread in regards to the 1 credit ASU class being $400.  As my advice again from post 6 of this thread - It's best to listen to advice from senior members and moderators than it is 'sales' staff at the institution: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...-NIGHTMARE
 
Basically, In addition to that, you really need to follow through with the addendum and template.  It's great you're providing some details, but without a bigger picture of what's happening, it's hard to provide you any concrete advice, with more details, we'll get to know your commitments, credits, study habits, etc:  Please update us with the info asked for here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works

The amount is derived from three "terms" I was supposedly approved for @  $3690 per. I have no idea how long a term is, according to the FAFSA.

What do you find confusing or lacking clarity? I'm asking for suggestions about where to apply that accepts ACE credits, that fall within the budget (or close to it) of my PELL award amount, and that offer anything in the fields of study of general social science, history, interdisciplinary degrees, or anthropology. How is that confusing? 

The thing is, I have never been rude or discourteous to anyone at UIU. I have been gracious and gratefu when I've actually been able to get any sort of clear response from them. l  mentioned how rude they had been and how demeaning their treatment of ME has been. So, getting a reply here about how I should be kind and courteous seems like another slap in the face. I came here to ask for advice and instead you give me a lesson on the Golden Rule??? And to top that off, you refer to a very old post of mine where yes, I had some incorrect advice from ASU and I was confused by that. What is your point in rehashing my very old post, other than to point out how I make things confusing, apparently repeatedly???  I am under a great deal of stress at the moment. You suggest kindness but you post in a condescending manner.

I did figure out the ASU credit and got the AAS from Pierpont.
