Which school do you think is the best for competency based program?

And that's the reason you want to review posts, threads, WIKI and probably want to also fill in the addendum and template, otherwise we wouldn't have known you weren't in the US or any other important information...  I think the TESU BACS or double degree option may be best for you, unless you have other options that may fit you better...

I just wanted to know opinions about those colleges. I didn't think things go like this.

By the way, I tried to plan TESU BACS alternative credit.
It seems that contact with an academic advisor is necessary.
The website doesn't show the entire elective courses. (Computer Science Electives)

It's available to fulfill all requirements with transfer credit except for two courses. What a school

You could get some of the benefit of CBE using a degreeforum approach to a TESU BA in Computer Science, based heavily on earning alt-credit elsewhere and transferring it in.

Yeah, that's true. You can transfer in all your credits, take TECEPs for the required RA credits, complete the cornerstone on edX, and then only need to take the capstone at TESU. The residency fee wouldn’t matter much since it costs nearly the same either way, as long as you complete the cornerstone on edX.

Once enrolled at TESU, you can work ahead, as you’ll have access to all the required assignments and instructions when the course starts. You also know which book is used, so you can read ahead before the term begins. In theory, you could finish everything within the first two weeks of the term.

I thought the SOS1100 and Capstone course should be done at the TESU because the website says that.
Additionally, I saw the wiki's sample plan saying it could alternate to edX's MicroBachelor's program for a computer science degree or computer technology degree, but I couldn't find them. I just checked.
Maybe I missed something as well.

By the way, TESU BACS was a great suggestion.
I still compare the options and think about where to go, though.
