I chickened out thinking it might take me months to complete those credits I need, as I am thinking I would like to achieve 2 minors instead of one, and that scared me even more.
I'm pretty sure UMPI will let you switch back to the Spring 1 session, which starts Jan 13, 2024.
Most of the time, Sophia courses that have 0 or 1 touchstone will be the quickest to do:

You can do a maximum of 3 minors at UMPI

I would suggest making a spreadsheet of what you plan to do. Do all you can at Sophia first, then do Study.com or other alt-credit course providers next.
Oh, and don't forget to have some fun while completing your degree.
I feel pretty motivated and I have gotten so many great answers here.

There's no rush to getting these completed, you want to go at a comfy pace, someone may be able to do classes at lightning speed, but not all can go that fast. Thanks!
I decided to begin in January and take my time to complete the Sophia, study.com and other courses within these months I will have.
