Yes that is correct. I was initially a biology major at my old college and left with a 1.7 gpa. My degree/bachelor's is incomplete.

I also assume you do not have any bachelor, so it is not so much a BS BIO to BA Psych but a 'not going with Bio anymore, now I want a Pysch degree'. Please confirm that this is indeed your first bachelor that you're working towards. I'm not familiar how any discount with Brightspace helps you (others will chime in on that, no doubt), yet I'm not sure it would help you cost wise over UMPI.
