Here is the Addendum:

Budget: I would like to stick to about $1,000 or less for three hours.
  
Commitments: Full-time career, spouse, 4 kids, 2 cats.

Dedicated time to study: I can do school work on Friday night through Sunday and maybe 1-2 weeknights. 
 
Timeline: ASAP

Tuition assistance/reimbursement: Probably none after I finish this degree in March.
 
Context: I have a job in a place I would like to stay. I am in the accounting department and wish to be an accountant. My place of employment requires an actual accounting degree and GPA determines pay. I would like to minimize cost and do not think I have the stamina for 2 more years of school.
 
Looking for guidance on the best course between probably UMPI BA Accounting or SNHU BS Accounting. Which would be cheapest and quickest?
