Hello again, community, after several months, I managed to complete more courses. However, after sending my transcripts to TESU, I encountered a problem. I sent my ACE transcript through Credly, which included 40 courses. I completed almost all the courses listed in the wiki for the Computer Science Degree.
Five days after submitting, I checked the My Progress tab and noticed that only some of the courses had been transferred. I am unsure if this is because I had over 40 courses in Credly and they only transferred up to 90 credits.
I reached out to support, and Mr. Michael D. Sheridan, Senior Academic Evaluator, informed me that the evaluation was completed yesterday (27th). He mentioned I would receive an email with the results, but I still haven't received it. When I requested him to resend the email, he closed the ticket, advising me to access the information through my MyProgress account.
I am at a loss as to what to do next. In my Computer Science program plan, I have 76 credits completed, but it should be more. Whom should I contact to address this issue, and should I specify which courses need to be transferred?

- PHI-130 Introduction to Critical Reasoning
