Doctorate in Ed?

Hello, first let me appologize im just so lost on where to go and what to do at this point, BUT IM A GIRL ON A MISSION!

I am in WA State, USA and am a public school teacher. We are required to have continuing ED. credits, and need them for pay raises. I am looking to possibly change careers in the next few years, but still while I am teaching will need more cont.ed creds and or another degree.

HAVE: BAed from WGU (2012)
          MAed from WGU (2018?) 
          a CRAP TON of "credits" from SophiaLearns. (that so far are completely useless to me for continue ed or payraise)

My state has requirements for who can accredit schools ( OSPI Accreditation List ) 

SO WHERE IM AT, 

OPTION 1) Find a way to "credit bank" these so they will show up on an official transcript from ANY school that will bring them in (the more credits the better) even if that means I "enroll" in Ed College again for another?? BAed? 

OPTION 2) Find the FASTEST and CHEAPEST Dr. in ED that can be done ONLINE

I have bene going through these threads and I feel im drowning in amazing new info but am struggling to figure out how to accomplish EITHER of these? Any ideas?
