I'm a serious person and stress easily, so, to lessen the anxiety I get, I try to relax without the electronics the best I can.
I totally get it. My situation is a bit different. I work in another country and travel to my home during my time off. However, my family members only get a couple of weeks off so I usually have plenty of time to do stuff. Even if I can do only a couple of weeks of study it will bring me closer to my degree (and the cost is relatively low). It also means I will have less work to do in August and September and I expect them to be quite busy at work.
