Hello again. Course #3 - BUS 904 Exec Supply Chain Management & Negotiations is now complete.
On the Edgewood side of things;
The time it took me to complete this course was a little more than past courses, mainly because the final assignment was an absolute bear. The printed course materials were okay at best, and the video lectures were once again enjoyable and informative. However, these materials did very little to prepare me for the final assignment.
The final was graded by an UpGrad TA again, and I can't help feeling there is a bit of a disconnect. About half of the feedback was spot on; the rest was rather vague and subjective. A few things had me scratching my head. For example, I got docked for two images not showing up, but they are on the Word document I uploaded to UpGrad. I'm guessing they reformatted them in some way, and the data was lost in translation. My final grade was about 10 points lower than I expected, but I did alright in the course overall.
There was zero participation from anyone in the discussion posts. I enjoyed the course more than expected and learned a fair amount, though mostly through my own research.
As far as UpGrad goes, I ignore them. Whenever I have to work with them they continually drop the ball. I can't believe they are even in business at this point.
I'll be back in another six weeks for a short summary of course #4!
