Your first degree is not from TESU, yes?
At least 30 credits need to be RA. If your degree is from UMPI or WGU or some other school, this is met.
If you take fewer than 15 credits of TESU courses, you have to pay the residency waiver fee. (Note: credit requirements are different for military students.)
If you are getting a second Bachelor's from TESU after getting a degree elsewhere, paying the residency waiver fee + capstone is going to be marginally cheaper than a flat-rate 15-credit term.
