If you already have a bachelor's degree why are you looking for an associate degree and another bachelor's degree? Was your bachelor's degree completed outside of the US and you now want a US bachelor's degree? You say on paper your CS degree is equivalent to a bachelor's are you referring to an evaluation that was completed? Most of the types of programs we talk about on here don't have scholarships for anyone.
