Your plan sounds realistic, it shall be possible to pass first 3 years very quickly especially if you are in IT field already. No idea (timewise) about the final year though.
Not sure about getting into masters in Finland being piece of cake, it doesnt depend much on people dropping, but mostly how many places are opened (I have seen this number published for Metropolia, but not number of applicants nor what the acceptance ratio was).
