If you have paid for it and have the scholarship to get this for a grand USD, you can always complete this as long as there is no option for refunds. Otherwise, I would just go the Level 8 UK option for the same price and call it a day, or if you want a freebie option, do the Saylor.org MBA classes for fun and/or learning...

Maybe in the future, when you have the extra cash flow, do this program and ladder that up to the Level 8 UK option as your goal, if you're planning anytime soon to reside or work in India, Malaysia, Philippines, you may want to do a DBA there instead. Right now, it may be a good option for learning/filling in the knowledge gaps. So many ways to get to an end goal of 'learning subjects'.
