So, to update y'all, I created this spreadsheet and I'm having a lot of fun. Right now I'm at the General Education Curriculum. To be honest, it's been so long (10 years) since I finished the AA that I would enjoy refreshing my memory on several courses, especially College Algebra (I remember I barely passed it) and U.S. History I. Maybe I could just audit those for free somewhere?
Also, I'm not exactly sure if I should re-do the basic English composition courses. The Maine credits website didn't recognize FSU's English comp courses, so should I re-take them? Maybe this is something that I can ask UMPI directly, but they implied that they don't give out that information until after applying...
