Basically, People who attend COSC/UMPI and other institutions where there is an option to 'double dip' classes and requirements constantly get that mixed up. I usually tell people not to bother looking at the option to 'double dip requirements' and look at the main requirement of 40+ classes and 120+ credits, as most of the time, people won't hit exactly that number of credits.
So... Make sure to do 13 classes and 1 science lab for the 40 GEC credits, in total, you should transfer in 90+ credits and complete the remaining 30 UMPI credits for residency purposes. Review the academic evaluation you get from your academic advisor as it should have highlighted in yellow what classes are remaining or electives you have, and if they're lower or upper level.
