Masters level credits from Sophia and others?

I wonder if those ISU classes can be used for transfer, as these are professional development, even though they provide an S for graduate credit... Interesting to say the least... It may work like VESI classes or something similar, prospective students will need to consult the admissions team for the school they intend to get credits from...

From the FAQ at ISU PD
"Professional development credits are graduate level, non-degree, semester credits typically offered to educators to acquire skills and knowledge for the purpose of certification renewal and salary advancement. These credits are equivalent to 15 clock hours or .5 semester hours (in states where semester hours require 30 contact hours) or 15 PDPs/PDUs or 1.5 CEUs/15 OPI renewal units."

That would be wonderful if a graduate school would accept these credits. It's possible, the credits are RA. Also, do you know if undergrad programs like the ones mentioned on this forum accept graduate coursework in general (Not specifically ISU) toward completing another bachelor's degree?
