I've learned that Fort Hays State University (FHSU) is putting finishing touches on a Master's in Liberal Studies (MLS) with Philosophy Concentration.
It is being discussed as a 31 CRH program of 10 CRH of general/interdisciplinary Liberal Studies credits (e.g. "The Knowledge Society"), and the remainder in Philosophy (18 CRH) with Thesis or, with permission, other culminating project (3CRH).
They will unveil it likely this Fall, or Spring 2025. Meanwhile one can take the general MLS courses.
Cost would be around USD $10K. The program would be around 1-3 years depending on scheduling, one's course load, etc.
The MLS also offers concentrations (for those seeking 2 degrees) in Global Management, Art History, Literary Arts, Political Science, etc.
There're also low-cost MBA, MA and MEd programs.
They have a well-regarded Bachelor's Philosophy program and some serious Philosophy educators in their faculty.
