The first thing to do is to enroll to TESU and send in all your credits. Until then, you don't really know what they've actually taken and how they've slotted them into a degree. I always recommend doing that sooner rather than later. The enrollment process is good for a year, and lets you keep sending in credits until you're ready to start taking courses at TESU. You start by completing the applications process ($50), and then registering for the 1cr Medical Terminology TECEP ($52). Don't take the test, you're just registering for it as a way to become enrolled and unlock unlimited transcript evaluations.
By not taking it, if you need to extend enrollment before the year is up, you can just register for it again to get another year. As far as timing goes, it depends a lot on what degree, and how much you value speed vs cost. Also, do you have any other credits for just the ACE credits?
It would be best if you follow the standard format and give us all the relevant info and background.
