Another option is to complete the majority of your lower level requirements for the degree of choice through Sophia.org - basically, up to 90 credits towards UMPI and up to 90 credits towards TESU as well. Having said that, you need to decide if 30 credits at UMPI would be better for you, or a 15 credit flat rate option at TESU would fit your needs. Decide on the degree as well, I was thinking you can do the Metropolia 579 Euro 3 year option and just 'finish' it there for an amazing cheap price since you're in the EU... If you then want to continue with TESU/UMPI, you can transfer those into the degree of choice.
