You can still enroll in ENEB without the completion of the UOP BS, they just need you to have 'some' college and close to finishing a degree.  They can substitute that with various things such as certs, experience, and so on.  You should take the ENEB double option and use that for reverse transfer whenever you want as you can get various favorable evaluations listed on the WIKI.

Would you mind explaining the part with "reverse transfering" ? What do you mean, for what purpose? Is that, in case you can transfer your masters courses you have finished, back to your bachelors degree? What bachelors did she do though?
