This was one of the TECEPs I did this month. I agree with the observations shared in the original post. The essays are grueling. After OTA corrected my score, I passed with a 77, which is slightly better than what I expected. Definitely search Quizlet for Sales Management and related terms. There are many sets there that were decently relevant to the exam content. Be familiar with integrated marketing campaigns, different types of customers (consumer/business/trade), sales staff compensation models, and in-store vs out-of-store promotions/advertising.
