U of I - Urbana Champaign IMSM is a 'good enough' degree on its own, some people would like to ladder that up to the IMBA but there really isn't a need to.  I mean essentially it's already 30 credits and a full masters, with a major/concentration in Management, plus has AACSB.  For those needing/wanting to get into a leadership/management position in whichever field or industry they're in, this would already check the box, similarly to an MBA.

Yes I agree, one masters is probably enough for most.
