@AdamLunar, you've got two threads, review what's there, also review other posts/threads, and lastly, review the WIKI for some details. There are so many ways to get there, it all depends on your budget, commitments, overall scenario, etc. It's great you've done the addendum/template, you're wanting too much and you can't afford it, there's where most of the time I get people to work on the trifecta of certs, degree, experience...
