Fastest Least Expensive Masters in Psychology or Education

I am looking for a US based (can be nationally accredited) 100% online masters in education or psychology. Which is the fastest cheapest route?

American College of Education is a great choice for a masters in education. I recently completed the MEd in Health and Wellness Education. I enjoyed the program and am currently back doing a graduate certificate program. The courses are 5 weeks long and all follow the same format. Weeks 1-4 are basically a discussion board, paper (or project), and quiz. Week 5 is more of a reflection paper, discussion board, and longer exam. In my opinion very doable. You take one class at a time and after your first course you can request to take two courses at a time. You can also PM if you have other questions.
