IT related degree for non-us student

Basically, it really depends on what you need/want.  There are other options available too.  If you're OK with UK degrees, you can go for a Level 6 UK diploma and get a top up Bachelors.

Wait, can you top a Level 6? From this forum I had read you needed an Advanced Level 6 with 240 UK Credits to top it up

Actually, I`ve found 2 UK online universities with IT degrees:  
1) Arden with this degree https://arden.ac.uk/our-courses/undergra...ing-top-up that is kinda strange so I`ll probably ignore it 
2) University of Portsmouth with https://www.port.ac.uk/study/courses/und...ing-top-up that looks much better so I think I`ll check this too before start preparing to US university
