You should fill in the addendum/template to provide a bigger overview or overall scenario that you're in. I'd like more info such as your budget, commitments, dedicated time to study, timeline you want to finish, tuition assistance or reimbursement, study habits, etc. With more details and your study style, we'll know of other options that may work for you such as a MSIS/IT or Masters in Applied Computer Science.
