@IceSparkle, it's great you're looking out for your sister... Did one of your family members complete a degree from UMPI? It really depends on each individual and their scenario. There are so many variables in play and you'll get swayed in all directions... You really need to fill in the addendum and template to give us the full overview and picture of what that situation is.
