Poll question - pass rate among members

I think it is encouraging for lurkers who stop by to see that exams CAN be passed, and that there are, in fact, MANY people here doing it every day. You don't have to have a high pass rate to take exams- to post your rate- or to even stick around....but again, I think seeing that other people are doing it brings it into reach for many people who have the misconception that "those people who test out of classes must be really smart." The reality is that we here are all just really motivated and in my opinion, ANYBODY can be motivated...it's a choice.

I agree with this comment so much. No one has ever accused me of being smart but I do have a strong belief in the tenacity factor, and I think that's why many of us are here. We are the ones who find the way through the mountain while others follow the long slow trail forged around by others. I may not be super smart, but I sure am motivated. And my pass rate is at 100% so far, and although I don't expect to maintain that, it's not like it's going to stop me one bit if it changes.
